What school heads usually ask us.

Will it carry our school's name, or yours?

Yours, everywhere. School name, logo, dark-mode logo, brand color, motto, letterhead logos (including DepEd and Bagong Pilipinas), principal and registrar names, and your DepEd School ID / Region / Division are all configured in settings — every form, portal, and report card comes out under your identity.

Is this really aligned with DepEd requirements?

The gradebook implements the DepEd Order No. 15, s. 2026 e-Class Record computation on the trimester calendar it prescribes, GMRC and Values Education are seeded per current guidance, and the records workflows are built around LRNs, SF1 imports, and Form 137/SF9/SF10 requests. As DepEd issuances change, the platform updates with them.

Can you migrate our existing records?

Yes. Built-in importers bring in learners from SF1 CSVs (LRN, gender, birthdate, guardians) and historical financial records, and portal accounts can be back-filled for existing students and guardians in bulk.

Do parents need to buy anything or be tech-savvy?

No. The portal runs in any phone browser and installs to the home screen like an app. Guardians sign in with Google or Facebook — no new passwords to remember — and SMS blasts still reach families who don't use smartphones.

What about teachers who are used to Excel?

The gradebook was designed for them: it works like a spreadsheet — Enter, Tab, and arrow keys move exactly as expected — with autosave, and the DepEd weighting math is computed live so no one maintains formulas by hand.
